What is my process?

I often get asked about my process, it’s pretty simple: We’ll talk on the phone so I can get as much info as possible about your property. Next, I’ll come out and see the property in person.

Simple One-Page Agreement

If we’re able to make a deal, we sign a simple, one page purchase agreement which I turn in to the title company who handles the process until we close. 

Closing is Simple & You are paid the same day we close

Upon closing the title company will pay your proceeds either as a check or wire transfer directly to your bank account.

My background:

I grew up in central Mississippi and moved to the greater Memphis area in 2008. I have a Marketing degree and worked in several industries such as broadcast television, hospitality, and insurance restoration before finding my way in real estate in 2018.

I had purchased my first home back in 2006 and several more after that, so I had a little experience with the ins and outs of home buying.

I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people and seeing new places, so I truly enjoy getting out and about and tackling the various obstacles that come my way with this business. I’ve been able to stop quite a few foreclosures and buy lots of unwanted, burdensome properties from nice people.

My wife Sumer and I have deep roots in the Memphis area, and enjoy raising our kids here.
